Thank you for being a reader of TRANSCEND! TRANSCEND just topped 2,600 subscribers but fewer than 60 of those are paid subscribers.
If you read regularly, find value in the writings, and have the means I’d sure appreciate it if you’d upgrade to paid. As an added doggy bone, I’m offering a 20% off an annual subscription. That means a whole year of supporting this work for just $52!
Paid subscribers also get discounts on classes and webinars and there are two coming up.
1) Prosperity and Spiritual Economics 6-week online course beginning July 17th. TRANSCEND paid subscribers get a $60 discount on the class (so total registration fee is just $90 for all six-weeks). More info here.
2) Webinar on Restoration Economics: Flaws in the Current Extraction Economy – FREE to TRANSCEND paid subscribers. July 18th, 12–1:30pm Pacific, online via Zoom.
Description: This is part of the series on Spiritual Economics: Toward a World that Works for All Beings. In order to redesign something — whether an outfit, a house, or a system — it’s important to understand the foundational structure of the existing design. The current economic system based on extraction, consumerism and the push for limitless growth is fundamentally unsustainable. This interactive discussion will present an overview of the things that need changing in the current system and share some of the promising alternatives that are already beginning to build a healthier, fairer economic system that can become a restorative force for our natural world.

And here’s just a little bonus. Did you know Dog Days of Summer refers to the period between July 3rd and August 11th which in many places are the hottest and most humid. The term goes all the way back to the ancient Greeks and Romans who tracked the seasons by watching the night skies. Sirius, the Dog Star, would appear just before the sun during the end of July and into August and that is how Dog Days of Summer originated.
Here's a short vid of Olive beating the heat by shape-shifting from a Border Collie to a Border Seal. She is such a big life force in a small package!
Another way of supporting this work is to share it! Many thanks!
