Happy Solstice! This is both the longest night of the year and the point in which we start moving gradually into slightly longer days and the march through winter toward spring. Here in Bend, Oregon it has been a sparkling bright, sunny Solstice as well as a drippy one as weeks-old piles of snow and ice are finally meeting above freezing temperatures. Despite the fact that Border Collie Olive becomes a mud-bomb in such conditions, and I do a ridiculous amount of floor-cleaning, I am so grateful for the moisture soaking into beloved Earth.
I wish you all a blessed solstice and holiday season and, in line with a less “stuff-oriented” Christmas I humbly invite you to consider giving your friends and loved ones a gift subscription of this TRANSCEND publication. Thank you!
